SO GOOD! One of the best bahn mis I've had, and the chicken broth was gorgeous. This place is hard to catch open, but well worth making it.

Had the spicy rost duck Banh Mi. It was delicious. So much meat inside , the picture doesn't do it justice. Chefs were friendly, and there was quick service despite being very busy. The only downside in the limited seating space , but on a beautiful day I went, standing outside in the sun and breeze actually improved the experience.

Food quality is superb - banh mi is crispy and light, freshly made and the fillings are in good ratio, the Pho chicken was fragrant and light. Overall very worth the price. Seating has all essentials and staff very thoughtful with excellent focus on customer needs. Place bit small and cramped, best for takeaway - no working toilets.

I love this place and I highly recommend their beef meatball baguette (its SO delicious). It is a family-owned business and they are so nice. The ingredients taste super fresh and the food is made with care. In my top 5 restaurants in the area.

Discovered banh mi Hoi an when I made a trip to Sutton fish and chips a few years ago.
I have been meaning to visit but they close really early and many things are always sold out.
Finally visited a few years later because of the Sides Land pop up.
The fact that they are still around and have been around for many years proves that they are good.
I was not disappointed but wished I visited earlier when catfish was on the menu but probably discontinued due to demand and supply issues.
Anyway, the banh mi I had is definitely one you would want to sink your teeth in.
A proper bun and not one of those pre frozen baguettes.
All the ingredients were delicious and in harmony and the pickles and sauerkraut were delicious.- Service

Visited here often, the banh mi bread is crisp yet soft and the fillings are delicious, I'd say its a pretty authentic banh mi.

And their coffee, wow, just wow. You can see that the owners put a lot of love in their food and make the atmosphere very comfortable and enjoyable for their clients. Absolutely delicious tofu bahn mi. Tasty tofu, crunchy salad and fresh bread. But more than that, the service was amazing. The team answered my questions about any potential shellfish (I have an allergy) with such care, and when I managed to drop sauce down my brand new white shorts (sobs) - they gave me soap, water and even a tiny brush to help get the stain out. They were so great and it was just lovely to meet them. Spend your money with them and enjoy the bahn mi!- Service

Delicious banh mi! The pork special with omelette was so yum. The pork pieces are juicy and tasty. And the bread is so soft with a slight crunch on the outside. It’s not 100% authentic classic banh mi flavours but it is still very delicious. Size is also generous. Small family run place with 1 person making the rolls so there can be a slight wait.

I know everyone says it but the pork classic is amazing. And chicken broth for only £2 extra! Very good value, very soft crunchy bread. The lady at the til was nice as well. Will be coming back soon.
